Overview

Project brief
Having identified a niche within the trades industry to provide a C2C marketplace, the outline of the project is to allow users to sell and purchase trading material through a marketplace. The MVP will use the core functionality and design principles from marketplaces such as Depop and Etsy.
Objectives
The goal of this project is to create a simple but on trend marketplace that allows it’s user to sell and buy products from within the trades industry. The front-end will provide the essential tools for users to buy products, create a store and manage listing. The admin area will provide you a place to manage the the user’s listings, buying process and payment processes whilst keeping the look and feel consistant.

Research & Discovery
- Complete list of functional requirements for the service.
- Provide a list of applications and digital requirements with the associated cost.
- The client provides branding material or direction to build the basic style guide.
Design
- A maximum of 3 revisions will be accepted before we finalise the development.
Webflow Development
- The Webflow framework will be developed within the Webflow hosting environment and include e-commerce, SEO, security and content delivery.
- The content management system will provide the data structure, page templates and the framework for the third-party applications.
- The vital third-party applications that will be required for the marketplace include:

Development
- The maximum number of static pages that will be allowed is 8 .
- The maximum number of marketplace pages that will be allowed is 10.
- The maximum number of e-commerce pages that will be allowed is 10.
- The maximum number of account pages that will be allowed is 10.
- The content for this project will be provided by client.
- Basic SEO will be applied in co-operation with the client's input.
Testing
- The third-party integration will include marketplace, e-commerce and. account applications. Google sitemaps, analytics and search console. Also chatbots and tracking codes.
- Once you are ready to go live, we will walk you through the setup and functionaity with a 6 hour training session.
- After your site is live, we will provide you with another 8 hours of free aftercare to ensure a smooth transition.
This proposal does not currently include:
- Ongoing content population beyond agreed pages
- Copywriting beyond light refinement
